1. How do I get to Dublin Citi Hotel from Dublin Airport with public transport?
The easiest way is to take the Dublin Express to Temple Bar bus stop. The hotel is situated 5 minutes’ walk across the Temple Bar from the bus stop. It will take around 40 minutes journey by the bus depends on the traffic.
There is also Bus service number 16 which is a bit slower, but cheaper. Tickets must be bought on board using correct change. Various travel cards also work on this service (can be purchased at Visitors Information Desk inside the terminal – Arrival Hall and bus stop). The number 16 departs every 20 minutes from the arrivals level, and the stop is a two-minute walk from the terminal. This bus will drop you off just on the opposite side to Dublin Citi Hotel entrance.

2. How far is the hotel from the city centre?
We are in the heart of Dublin, Temple Bar area – close to all main attractions: Trinity College, Dublin Castle, the National Museum, Christchurch Cathedral, St. Stephen’s Green, to name just a few. Find out more.
3. Is the breakfast included in the room rate?
Most prices are quoted as room only, there are some selected rates and offers which includes complimentary breakfast – available only when booked directly on this website.
4. How much is the breakfast if not included in my rate?
The Full Irish is €12.50, the Small Irish is €10.50, and the Continental is 6 euro.

5. Is there any smoking rooms?
There are no-smoking rooms in the hotel for building preservation reasons. It is not permitted to smoke in the room; please go downstairs instead.
6. Where can I park my car?
We are working with Park & Rite Car Park situated on Fleet Street, 3-minute walk from us. You will get a discount ticket from us at the checkout. For 24 hours costs €19 and if you leave it overnight from 6 pm to 8 am it costs €12. (€10 if paid in advance at pay station within 15 minutes of arrival).
7. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, furry friends are not allowed.
8. Can an early check-in and a late check-out be requested?
We cannot guarantee early check-in, as it depends if we had any empty rooms from the previous night or the time that the previous guest is checking out. We can store your luggage at the reception in the meantime and make sure your room is going to be ready for check-in @3pm. We offer an early check-in from 11 am and late check-out up to 2 pm for an additional fee and this service depends on availability. Please contact us in advance if you wish to book this service.
9. Do you have a hairdryer and iron in the rooms?
Yes, we do. All the rooms count with a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board.
10. What is the cancellation policy?
All advance purchases and non-refundable bookings are not refundable, no changeable at any stage. General cancellation policy is 2 days arrival date-free of charge, after that time we will charge the guest for 1st-night stay with services booked, if not stated differently on the booking. 11. What if I forget something in the hotel?
We can post them back to you. We will need your full address and name; we will charge only An-Post fee and package if required.
12. Do you have family rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have any family rooms. we could put an extra folded bed in the room for a third person if requested. It has an extra fee of €30 per night. Please keep in mind that our rooms are big enough for 2 people, so putting an additional person will limit the space. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
13. Do you have a baby cot/crib that we can request?
We do have a baby cot that can be requested in advance; please contact us directly to arrange it. The maximum number of cots allowed per room it is 1.
14. Do children stay for free?
Children of any age are welcome. One child up to 6 years old stays free when using existing bedding. Infants stay free, and we can provide a baby cot; please contact us in advance to arrange. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.
15. Do you have room service?
We offer room service for food and drinks from 8 am to 9 pm.
16. Are the rooms accessible for a wheelchair?
Some of the rooms and bathrooms are wide enough for the wheelchair to go inside but we do not have special accessible rooms/bathrooms for a disabled person.
17. Is there a 24-hour reception?
We have 24 hours reception.
18. What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is 15:00 (3 PM)
Check-out time is 11:00 (11 AM)
We offer an early check-in from 11 am and late check-out up to 2 pm for an additional fee and this service depends on availability. Please contact us in advance if you wish to book this service.
